Do you have a passion for crafting exceptional drinks and a love for wine? French Magnolia, a French-American Brasserie and Wine Bar in Bristol, VA, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. With a focus on French cuisine and a curated French wine list, we need someone who brings creativity, hospitality, and expertise behind the bar.
About You:
- Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge and passion for French wines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Detail-oriented and a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve quality cocktails, wines, and beverages.
- Provide expert recommendations on wine pairings.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team and General Manager for smooth service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
- Strong wine knowledge, with an emphasis on French wines.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
